TechForte began as a three-person team building internal tools for a Lagos fintech. When the tools kept outperforming what outside vendors delivered, we realized the model itself was the product: keep every discipline — design, engineering, infrastructure — under one roof, answering to one roadmap.
Seven years on, that's still the whole pitch. No handoffs between agencies. No account manager relaying messages between you and the people actually writing code. Just one team, accountable end to end.
